1. The service

MEDOX is a digital platform that connects dog owners, canine service providers and shelters. The service is free for owners.

2. Account and responsibility

By registering, you undertake to provide accurate information and to be responsible for the security of your account. You will use the platform lawfully and with respect for the rights of others.

The person who uploads a lost/found report or other content is responsible for its authenticity.

3. Service provider subscriptions

Service providers (businesses) can appear in the search results through a subscription (Basic, Plus and Premium plans, with a 3-month free trial period). Only genuine, verified service providers may appear.

In the online shop, payment and the fulfilment of orders take place between the service provider and the customer; in the case of donations, MEDOX does not handle any transfer of money — support is given on the shelter's own page.

4. Content

The person who uploads content is responsible for it. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches the rules.

5. Limitation of liability

MEDOX is an intermediary platform. Health-related content (e.g. the AI symptom assistant) is for information purposes only and does not replace a veterinary examination. We accept no liability for matters arising from the relationship between service providers and users.

6. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will inform you of any significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
